Crews tackle kitchen fire in Lowestoft

FIRE crews took an hour to put out a kitchen fire in Edgerton Road, Lowestoft, last night.

They were called to the scene just before 2am where two breathing apparatus were used and a hose reel jet to extinguish the blaze.

The fire was under control by around 3am.
