VANDALS are being blamed for a spate of damage incidents in Lowestoft.Police are seeking witnesses after a number of vehicles parked in Dixon Drive had a corrosive liquid poured onto them, causing damage to the paintwork of some of the cars.
VANDALS are being blamed for a spate of damage incidents in Lowestoft.
Police are seeking witnesses after a number of vehicles parked in Dixon Drive had a corrosive liquid poured onto them, causing damage to the paintwork of some of the cars.
Damage was caused to the bonnets of five vehicles between 12.30am and 11am yesterday (Sunday, September 6) as someone poured substance over the vehicles.
Three - a Volvo, a Jaguar and a Ford - were damaged, with paint on the vehicles being blistered by the liquid.
Anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area between these times or anyone with information about who caused the should telephone Lowestoft police on 01986 835300.
