Dead pigeons found in Carlton Colville

POLICE are seeking witnesses after receiving reports of someone shooting pigeons with an air weapon in Carlton Colville.

The dead birds have been found in gardens in the Long Meadow Walk area, which are used by young children and, in addition to the issues of someone using an air weapon to shoot birds in public, there are further safety implications.

The dead birds have been found in gardens in the Long Meadow Walk area, which are used by young children and, in addition to the issues of someone using an air weapon to shoot birds in public, there are further safety implications.

Local residents have raised concerns and police are looking into the incidents.
