Demonstration planned at Sizewell
A two-day demonstration and camp is planned near the Sizewell A and B nuclear power stations in Suffolk this weekend.The event has been organised by local anti-nuclear campaigners to highlight the fact that Sizewell has been nominated for two new reactors and that April 26 is the 23rd anniversary of the world's worst nuclear disaster at Chernobyl.

The event has been organised by local anti-nuclear campaigners to highlight the fact that Sizewell has been nominated for two new reactors and that April 26 is the 23rd anniversary of the world's worst nuclear disaster at Chernobyl.
On Saturday and Sunday there will be a number of guest speakers and there will also be a camp on the beach over night followed by a multi faith vigil on the morning of April 26 (11am - 1pm ), Chernobyl Day, to remember all those who have been affected by the 1986 disaster.
