Members of the public are invited to a special meeting with the deputy leader of Suffolk County Council to ask questions about the current and future usage of public transport throughout the coastal area.
Organised by the East Suffolk Travellers' Association (ESTA) - the independent voluntary association for train and bus users in eastern Suffolk - the meeting will be held at St Mark's Church Centre in Oulton Broad on Saturday, February 17, and is expected to attract travellers from as far south as Ipswich and Woodbridge, as well as from Halesworth, Beccles and the Lowestoft area.
The county council will be represented by deputy leader Jane Storey, cabinet member for highways, transport and rural issues
All 400 members of ESTA will be invited to attend, and members of the public are also welcome to ask questions and give their opinions on present and future public transport in this part of Suffolk.
The meeting will start at 2pm.
