Council website working as normal following technical issue

A council website has returned to normal working order after a technical problem was resolved.
Residents were left frustrated this morning due to an issue with the 'My East Suffolk' section of East Suffolk Council's website, preventing those using the site from accessing various payment services.

Among the tools to fail following the malfunction was the renewal of garden waste subscriptions.
However, attempts were made to fix the problem and all online services are now working as normal,
On its Twitter page, ESC posted: "The issue has now been resolved - thank you for your patience."
