Fire put out at Opportunity House

FIREFIGHTERS from Lowestoft were called to a blaze in the hallway of an office building in the town centre.

Two crews from Normanhurst station tackled the fire at Opportunity House in London Road North.

FIREFIGHTERS from Lowestoft were called to a blaze in the hallway of an office building in the town centre.

Two crews from Normanhurst station tackled the fire at Opportunity House in London Road North. The blaze was in the first floor hallway of a building used as offices.

Firefighters were called to the scene at 10.50am on Friday (May 2) and they used four breathing apparatus and one hose reel to extinguish the flames, with ventilation in process.
