A 99-year-old woman with limited mobility was rescued from a malfunctioning lift in Lowestoft.
The elderly woman who has mobility issues found herself stuck in a first floor lift in Nelson Court.
Lift engineers were called to the scene but realised the situation required the help of the emergency services due to the woman's limited mobility.
One Lowestoft South fire crew attended the scene from between 8.44am and 10.17am on Friday, March 2, and after nearly an hour and a half stuck in the lift, the elderly woman was released.
