Fire crews were called to deal with a minor incident in Lowestoft.
A single vehicle was mobilised from Lowestoft South fire station to an address on London Road South at approximately 22.25 on Tuesday, August 1, following reports of smells resembling electrical burning.
Just three minutes after the initial call, Suffolk Fire Service received a similar report from an address on the same road, resulting in the attendance of two vehicles, including one engine from Lowestoft South.
Crews subsequently located a small fire stemming from an electrical socket in the fourth floor roof space of the relevant property.
Firefighters quickly isolated the blaze and the incident was brought under control within one hour and ten minutes of the original call.
