FIREFIGHTERS had to rescue a 10-year-old boy who became stuck in metal railings at Kessingland.
A crew from Lowestoft South fire station were called just after 7pm last night (Wednesday) to the village community centre, in Francis Road where he had become trapped by his knees in the railings.
Rescuers used cutting equipment to rescue the boy, who was freed by 7.30pm.
Paramedics were also called to the scene to check if the boy had suffered any injuries.
