A NORWICH-BASED law firm that specialises in employment law and personal injury claims has opened a branch in Yarmouth - to allow it to further expand its client list in Lowestoft.
A NORWICH-BASED law firm that specialises in employment law and personal injury claims has opened a branch in Yarmouth - to allow it to further expand its client list in Lowestoft.
The expansion of Gordon Dean Solicitors - which began life in 2005 - has come on the back of a surge in employment tribunal redundancy claims, with actions for 'failure to inform and consult' up by 65pc on last year's figures.
Redundancy pay claims rose by 26pc between 2007-08 and 2008-09, while claims for unfair dismissal rose by 11pc.
'We already act for many clients in Yarmouth, Lowestoft and the surrounding area,' said managing partner Gordon Dean.
