Flights grounded until Sunday

Passengers face another 24 hours of disruption as restrictions on British airspace have been extended until at least Saturday morning.
All flights into and out of Norwich International Airport have been cancelled again today as the air traffic control body Nats extended its restrictions on UK airspace until at least 1am tomorrow.
Flights at Stansted and Luton have also been cancelled.
However, a small number of services are being permitted into and out of Northern Ireland and western Scotland.

The restrictions came into force yesterday lunchtime after a volcanic eruption in Iceland. The volcano spewed ash into the atmosphere which is said to play havoc which the machinery of aircraft.
A flight which was due to arrive at Norwich International Airport from Barbados has been diverted to Prestwick, Glasgow, and is due to arrive at 11.50am. Transfers have been arranged.
