Parts of the coast and the Broads remained on flood alert amid strong winds and high tides.
The Environment Agency has issued two flood alerts, which remained in force on Sunday.
It came after the River Bure had over topped its banks and spilled onto grass verges at Great Yarmouth yacht station and part of Harbour Road in Southwold reportedly suffered flooding in the early hours of this morning.
The flood alert warnings remained for the tidal River Waveney from Ellingham to Breydon Water and the tidal River Yare, from Thorpe St Andrew to Breydon Water.
A spokesman for the Environment Agency said: 'High levels in the Broads may last all day until the evening high tide has passed. The high levels in the Broads is due to high water at Lowestoft and the continued high surge today. Levels can take several hours to peak in the Broads in response to incoming tidal waters.'
