A charity, which supports families and victims of domestic abuse across Waveney, has received a boost.

Earlier this year the Waveney Domestic Violence and Abuse Forum celebrated its 35-year anniversary by opening new offices and training room, which is based within the Kirkley Centre in Lowestoft.

And the charity was recently supported with £1,000 in funding from the locality budget of Suffolk County councillor Jamie Starling.

The money will go towards funding the continued operations of the charity.
