Organisers of the Southwold Arts Festival are calling on people to join in the street parade marking its opening on June 27th.
Southwold High Street will be closed and the day's events will start with a wheel-themed parade.
Anyone with bicycles, tricycles, scooters, prams, shopping trollies, wheelchairs and more is invited to decorate them and join in.
The parade will start from the police station car park at 11.45am and make its way up the High Street to the Market Place where festival patron Emma Freud will declare the festival open at 12pm.
After the parade the wheeled creations will be displayed on South Green, with prizes for several categories.
Sarah Green, from the planning team said: 'Parents can dress up their prams and buggies so that even the youngest children can be part of the parade but equally we hope others will be more ambitious and transform their wheeled items into all manner of strange and wonderful creatures, bugs and beasts. All pedal-powered contraptions are welcome.'
