Girl approached by man in Lowestoft
POLICE are seeking witnesses after a 14-year-old girl fled from a man, described as being of Asian appearance, after he had took hold of her shoulder.Officers need to trace the man, aged in his late teens to 20s, of slim build with short straight dark hair and facial stubble wearing a zip up beige jacket after the teenager was approached by him in Blackheath Road about 8.
POLICE are seeking witnesses after a 14-year-old girl fled from a man, described as being of Asian appearance, after he had took hold of her shoulder.
Officers need to trace the man, aged in his late teens to 20s, of slim build with short straight dark hair and facial stubble wearing a zip up beige jacket after the teenager was approached by him in Blackheath Road about 8.30pm on Saturday (November 14).
The teenager was reportedly walking along the road when the man took hold of her shoulder. She broke free and ran away.
It's possible there may be an innocent explanation for the incident and police are urging the man or anyone who may have been in the area around this time to come forward, regardless of whether you saw anything that may be of use.
