I FELL off my bike on August 1 in Lowestoft Hospital car park and I would like to thank the man who helped me to get up and back on my feet - but especially I would like to thank the nurses and the first aider on the Gwen Baker Unit who were kindness itself, who made me sit down and dressed my injured knee.

We really are so fortunate to have such helpful and caring people.
