There is the chance to join in with a Halloween themed special-effects workshop at the Marina Theatre in Lowestoft during the half term break.

The ‘Blood, Guts and Gore’ sessions will be held on Friday, October 27 – with plenty of gruesome zombie and vampire make-up inspirations available to try.

The beginners session, where people can make fingers, eyeballs and ears, will be held between 10am and 11.30am.

The advanced session, where guests can create scars, horns and even brains, takes place between noon and 1.30pm.

The sessions are priced at just £5 with people encouraged to take part in both for just £8.

The sessions are suitable for ages eight and above – with the workshop spaces limited to eight per session.

To book your place on these sessions, call the Marina Theatre box office on 01502 533200.
