The new Gunton Partnership community website promoting the many aspects and activities of the estate is on view today (Friday 24 April) at Gunton Baptist Church from 9.30 am to 11.30 pm during Signpost's Good Food Co-op morning. The partnership, which also involves the nearby Community Hall and the Gunton Estate Tenants and Residents Association, works with Waveney District Council, the Volunteer Centre among others. Eventually the new website is hoped to contain information about local statutory and volunteer groups on the estate. It is also hoped that it will raise awareness of the many positive aspects of the Gunton Estate as well as what is on offer in a community that already includes the prestigious Gunton Community Park project. Today's open morning will be an opportunity to see what is in place and what is planned for the future. For more details, contact Signpost Gunton Baptist Church office on 01502 537798, Tuesdays to Fridays.
