Step out and enjoy these healthy walks

A number of healthy walks in the Waveney area have been organised for next week by OneLife Suffolk.

On Monday, January 29, there is a 3.75-mile walk in the Lound Lakes area. Meet at the Suffolk Wildlife Trust car park at 10.30am.

On Tuesday, January 30, a 3.8-mile walk is held in Westhall. Meet at Westhall village hall car park at 10.30am.

On Wednesday, January 31, a three-mile walk is being held in Southwold. Meet at the parking area outside the Harbour Inn pub, Southwold at 10.30am for this walk to Walberswick. Also on Wednesday, a 1.5-mile walk will be held in Lowestoft. Meet at Normanston Park at 2pm with the option of a three-mile walk along the old railway line.

Next Friday, January 26, a 2.5-mile walk will be held in Kessingland. Meet at Kessingland Beach car park in Church Road at 10.30am.
