Series of walks to be held across district

Healthy walks have been organised by OneLife Suffolk.

On Monday, July 30, a 3.3-mile walk is held in Kessingland. Meet at the beach car park off Church Road, Kessingland at 10.30am. Also on Monday, a 2.1 mile walk is held in Halesworth. Meet at the Thoroughfare car park at 2pm.

On Tuesday, at 10.30am, a 2.7-mile walk is held in Mutford, parking at Mutford Village Hall car park. On Wednesday, a 1.5-mile seafront walk is held in Pakefield, meeting outside Jolly Sailor PH at 2pm.

On Thursday a one mile to 1.5-mile walk leaves Sole Bay Health Centre in Reydon at 10.30am. A 3.2-mile walk is held next Friday in Bungay, meet Outney Common car park at 10.30am.

■ The Waveney and District Group of the Ramblers will hold walks of six, 10 and 12.5 miles from Martlesham to Woodbridge on Sunday, July 29. Meet at 8am when the coach leaves Royal Plain, Lowestoft. On Wednesday, August 1 a 5.5-mile walk is held in the Wheatacre area, meet at Wheatacre White Lion at 10.30am.
