SUFFOLK Police are appealing for information after a Hollesley Bay prisoner absconded yesterday.

John Ralph, 30, who was serving two years and five months for trespass with intent, went missing between 5.

SUFFOLK Police are appealing for information after a Hollesley Bay prisoner absconded yesterday.

John Ralph, 30, who was serving two years and five months for trespass with intent, went missing between 5.30pm and 8.30pm.

Ralph is described as white, 5ft 11ins tall, of medium build, with hazel eyes and cropped brown hair. He has a scar on the top of his right hand and a tattoo on his shoulder.

He has connections to the Waltham Forest area of London.

Police are advising anyone spotting Ralph not to approach him but to alert officers immediately using 999.
