Further to least Monday's information drop-in morning, there is a further chance for residents to talk to Suffolk County Council Environmental and Transport Services' engineer Simon Briggs today, Friday 7 August, from 1pm to 3pm at the Gunton Estate Community Hall regarding the road repairs and maintenance which will start as from Monday with the initial repair phase from Yarmouth Road to Ashley Downs.

Further to least Monday's information drop-in morning, there is a further chance for residents to talk to Suffolk County Council Environmental and Transport Services' engineer Simon Briggs today, Friday 7 August, from 1pm to 3pm at the Gunton Estate Community Hall regarding the road repairs and maintenance which will start as from Monday with the initial repair phase from Yarmouth Road to Ashley Downs. This will entail the removal of the old surface, re-sealing the joints of the old concrete road underneath, as well as footway surfacing and new kerbs. It is expected to take eight weeks to complete. Phase two, from Ashley Downs to Oulton Road, will commence on 19 October and is expected to take two weeks. Simon Briggs can also be contacted on 01502 534311.
