House blaze drama in Oulton Broad

MORE than 20 firefighters from Lowestoft were called to a house fire in Oulton Broad.

Four crews from the town and the forward control vehicle from Beccles were called to the house blaze in Romany Road at around 12.

Four crews from the town and the forward control vehicle from Beccles were called to the house blaze in Romany Road at around 12.15pm on Tuesday.

A spokesman for Suffolk Fire Service said: “The fire is in a roof void of a detached semi-style bungalow .” Firefighters are currently still on the scene.
