People are being urged to help clean up Lowestoft beach this weekend as part of a national campaign.
On Sunday, between 11am-1pm, volunteers will be clearing litter from the town's main beach as part of the Autumn Beach Clean event, jointly organised by the environmental charity Surfers Against Sewage and the Crown Estate, which owns vast stretches of coastline around the UK.
Anyone keen to take part should call 01872 555953, email dom@sas.org.uk or turn up on the day.
