Britain's most easterly pancake race takes place on Tuesday in Lowestoft, reviving a local tradition for the first time in many years.
Supported by The Journal and the Marina Theatre, it will involve various businesses and organisations - and there's still time to submit your team.
The race takes place in London Road North, outside Westgate Department Store, and prizes will be awarded by mayor Malcolm Cherry to the team with the fastest time and runners-up after a series of heats.
Town centre manager Emma Jones said the event should be a great spectacle for shoppers and half-term visitors.
The first race is at 11am. Entry is free of charge but strictly by application form only
