A Kirkley man has appeared before Norwich magistrates charged with child sex offences.
Robert Fulton, 31, of Southwell Road, appeared in court on Saturday accused of arranging/facilitating a child sex offence between last December and February and the rape of a girl under 13 last December in Belton.
He was remanded in custody to appear at Norwich Crown Court on Monday, March 25.
