Kitchen blaze in Lowestoft

FIREFIGHTERS from Lowestoft tackled a blaze in a kitchen at a home in the town this morning.Two crews from Normanshurst were called to the scene of the fire at the terraced house on Raglan Street at about 9.
FIREFIGHTERS from Lowestoft tackled a blaze in a kitchen at a home in the town this morning.
Two crews from Normanshurst were called to the scene of the fire at the terraced house on Raglan Street at about 9.26am on Friday.
On arrival crews found the oven to be well alight and firefighters needed to use breathing apparatus and a hose reel to extinguish the flames.
The fire was brought under control by 9.45am.
