ON behalf of the committee of the newly formed Friends of John Turner House Day Centre I would like to thank all those who attended our official launch on December 10 at the short break unit John Turner House.

Our launch was an outstanding success and on the day we raised £366.50 plus we had a generous donation of £40, what a terrific boost to start the Friends off.

Also I would like to thank all the committee members for all the hard work put in beforehand to make it the success it was.

We formed to enable us to raise funds to purchase sensory equipment, soft play items, etc. Any contributions will be gratefully received.
