Members of the society have a summer party to look forward to and on Tuesday the society held its first monthly coffee morning which was well attended. The next coffee morning will be on Tuesday, July 14 at 10.30am. If you are affected by a learning disability or know someone who is you are welcome to come along. There is also a performance from Sir Brian Rix at the Marina Theatre, in Lowestoft, tomorrow. The veteran actor reminisces about his extraordinary life in aid of MENCAP. We are currently seeking new people to be on our committee. If you feel you could give up around two hours a month of your time to be on our committee and help make decisions for the Lowestoft group call 01502 539810.
