Chris Brooks gave an illustrated talk on Aspects of Lowestoft Harbour from 1840 and covered the early days of fishing right up to the decline of the fishing industry in Lowestoft. Scenes were also presented of the first harbour bridge in 1858 to the current Bascule Bridge. A vote of thanks was given to Chris for his talk. Membership cards and the newsletter were issued and members were reminded that the annual subscription is now due.
