Lowestoft death tragedy driver for court

A MAN will appear in court next month charged with causing death by careless or inconsiderate driving following the death of a 27-year-old motorcyclist.

Peter Fowell, of Oulton Street, Lowestoft, died after the machine he was riding was in collision with a blue Ford Transit pick-up truck in Cooke Road, Gisleham, last October.
Charles Killick, 25, of Pevensey in East Sussex, was due to appear at Lowestoft Magistrates Court yesterday but his case was adjourned until March 3.
