A SEVEN-year-old boy and a teenager remained in hospital this week following a crash at Oulton, which killed a mother of two.

The two car collision, which happened on the B1375 Oulton Road, near Parkhill on November 2, led to the death of 30-year-old Kelly Palmer, from Bradwell.

This week, Mrs Palmer's son Kyle - who was on his way to football training with his Blundeston Magpies U8 teammates when the horrific crash happened - was said to be recovering in Addenbrooke's Hospital, in Cambridge, while his sister Jordan, nine, is recovering well at home.

A 19-year-old man, who was driving a Citroen Picasso that was in collision with Mrs Palmer's Suzuki Vitara 4x4, suffered serious leg and lower body injuries in the crash and was taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital where he remained this week.

'Both the little boy and 19-year-old driver remain in hospital and are recovering,' a police spokesman said yesterday.
