A 21-YEAR-OLD Lowestoft man arrested for being drunk and disorderly at a petrol station has been warned by magistrates that he could be sent to jail if he comes before the courts again.
Shaun Baker, of Briarwood Road, pulled the petrol nozzles from the pumps at the BP garage in Jubilee Way, repeatedly banged his head against the service counter and became abusive to police officers when they told him to leave the premises.
Baker also charged towards police 'like he was a bull' during the incident in the early hours of April 4.
Just a week earlier, he had been in court charged with resisting a police officer.
Appearing before Lowestoft magistrates on Tuesday, Baker pleaded guilty to using threatening words or behaviour towards a police officer.
Representing himself, he said he could not remember the most recent incident, but admitted he was embarrassed by his behaviour.
Ordering him to pay a 300 fine, 85 court costs and a 15 victim surcharge, magistrates told Baker that if he continued to misbehave he would end up in prison.
