A man who has admitted downloading child porn will be sentenced later this month.
Jeremy Hanson, 51, of Belvedere Road, Lowestoft, pleaded guilty at Ipswich Crown Court this week to one charge of making 47 indecent images and five indecent movies of children on or before March 25 last year.
Christopher Kerr, prosecuting, told the court that on a scale of A-C, with level A being the most serious, one of the images was level B and 46 were level C. Of the movies, two were level A, two were level B and one was level C.
Judge John Devaux adjourned the case for a pre-sentence report until the end of February and told Hanson all sentencing options would be open to the court at the sentencing hearing. Hanson has no previous convictions.
