This summer marks the third anniversary of the death of Claire, 18, who was about to start university and Jenny, 15, who was shortly to be baptised.
Together with wife Heather and their two younger children, the family are rebuilding their lives with faith in God.
Mr Stoddart, a secondary school teacher, has written a book called A12 to Heaven
He said: 'We strongly believe that there is life after death - that it's not the end and that our daughters are with God in heaven. That was, and still is, a great comfort to us.'
Mr Stoddart is speaking at the Norwich Christian Resource Centre on Friday, at 7pm. Tickets are 3 including light refreshments.
