A third person arrested on suspicion of murdering Lowestoft man John Vry has had his bail cancelled after police decided not to charge him.The 23-year-old man had been arrested in connection with the death of 55-year-old Mr Vry, who died on December 4 after he was found with serious injuries in an alleyway near his home in London Road South.

The 23-year-old man had been arrested in connection with the death of 55-year-old Mr Vry, who died on December 4 after he was found with serious injuries in an alleyway near his home in London Road South.
James Killingback, 22, of Denmark Road, Lowestoft, and a 16-year-old boy, who cannot be named, had previously been charged with murder and are in custody awaiting their next appearance at Ipswich Crown Court on March 27.
