A 65-YEAR-OLD man has been arrested by police in connection with an incident where two men were shot with an air weapon and a 12-year-old boy was hurt in another incident.
A 65-YEAR-OLD man has been arrested by police in connection with an incident where two men were shot with an air weapon and a 12-year-old boy was hurt in another incident.
A 61-year-old man and a 28-year-old man received wounds to their arms in the first incident in Lowestoft High Street around 5am on Thursday, September 28.
Police were contacted on Saturday regarding an incident that happened around 6.30pm in the High Street where a 12-year-old boy was shot in the leg. He was taken to the James Paget University Hospital in Gorleston where he had surgery to have the pellet removed.
The 65-year-old man was subsequently arrested and interviewed in connection with all three offences. He has now been bailed to return to Lowestoft police station on November 26 pending further enquiries.
