A LARGE group of friends and I went to see possibly one of the best shows this side of the West End at the Marina Theatre, on Wednesday, last week.
Carousel, performed by the Lowestoft Players, was outstanding.
From the scenery and music to the singing and acting it was faultless.
I understand this organisation is completely self financing and all the cast and people working behind the scenes do so voluntarily so I would like to say keep up the good work.
We shall miss their fantastic pantomimes at Christmas time to which again a large group of us regularly attend and have done so for years.
Groups like this need as much support as we can give them.
