VANDALS damaged guttering and pipes in the grounds of a Lowestoft primary school. After climbing over the fence of Roman Hill Primary in Love Road, Lowestoft between 5pm on Wednesday, June 1 and 8am on Monday and subsequently climbing onto the roof of the building, the vandals then damaged guttering and down pipes.
