A MAN appeared in court today charged with two counts of robbery in Lowestoft.Courtney Absalom, 34, of no fixed address, has been charged with a robbery at Joe's Newsagents, at Pier Terrace, on Sunday, and of a 73-year-old woman at the Britten Centre car park on Monday.
A MAN appeared in court today charged with two counts of robbery in Lowestoft.
Courtney Absalom, 34, of no fixed address, has been charged with a robbery at Joe's Newsagents, at Pier Terrace, on Sunday, and of a 73-year-old woman at the Britten Centre car park on Monday. He has also been charged with being in possession of a 12in kitchen knife in a public place.
Absalom appeared at Lowestoft Magistrates' Court and was remanded in custody until his next appearance, before Ipswich Crown Court, on July 8.
