Two police officers were assaulted and taken to hospital.

The officers were responding to a call at an address on High Street in Lowestoft at around 2am on Sunday (November 3) when the incident happened.

Suffolk Police said they were taken to hospital with minor injuries.

One man, in his 20s, has been arrested and is in custody.
