A group of youngsters from Lowestoft Community Church, backed by a few friends, have completed their season with a 100 per cent record.

Lowestoft United U12 triumphed in their final football match at the weekend, beating Sheringham Lighthouse U12 3-0.

The team play their matches on a Saturday morning in the Norfolk Youth Christian League. The final was the last match in a season, which has seen them unbeaten and a league title won with a goal difference of plus 98. Lowestoft United U12 completed their season in fine form, from the start they attacked and with two goals from Joel Parish and one from the golden boot winner Joshua Davis took a commanding lead at half time. The second half was much closer with Malachi Lawson and Jacob Landles impressing with great defensive work.
