Police are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of a vulnerable 52-year-old woman who went missing in Lowestoft yesterday.

Vera Raynor failed to return to an address she was staying at in Carlton Colville yesterday afternoon and has not been seen since.

Although Mrs Raynor has been missing on several occasions before, there is concern for her well-being as she is known to be vulnerable.

It is thought she may be head to Stansted Airport but could also still be in the local area.

Mrs Raynor is white, 5ft4, of medium to large build with short straight blonde hair. At the time she went missing she was wearing black trousers and a lime green fleece.

Police are asking anyone who has seen Mrs Raynor, or has information about where she is now, to call the duty sergeant at Lowestoft Police Station on 01986 835300.
