Patients from across Waveney are being urged to use healthcare services wisely and make the most of their pharmacy over the bank holiday weekend.
The NHS Great Yarmouth and Waveney clinical commissioning group (CCG) is reminding people that going to the right place for treatment and advice will mean they get the help they need more quickly.
A wide range of advice is available from local pharmacies, many of which are open over the weekend. If it is urgent but not an emergency you can call NHS 111. Dr John Stammers, a GP in Southwold and chairman of NHS Great Yarmouth and Waveney CCG, said: 'We are urging people to think about the help they need and choose the right service to meet their needs.'
