Man accused of sexual incitement of teen

A 24-YEAR-OLD Lowestoft man has been committed to crown court to face three charges of inciting a girl aged 13 to 15 to engage in sexual activity. David Barnes, of Wellington Esplanade in Lowestoft, will appear at Ipswich Crown Court on May 21.

David Barnes, of Wellington Esplanade in Lowestoft, will appear at Ipswich Crown Court on May 21.
He appeared before Lowestoft magistrates yesterday and was released on conditional bail.
