A 29-year-old man is to appear at Ipswich Crown Court to answer a charge of burgling a home in Wilson Road, Lowestoft, on Thursday and taking £10. Tony Kirk, of Albany Road, Lowestoft, is also alleged to have damaged a Toyota Yaris during the incident.
A 29-year-old man is to appear at Ipswich Crown Court to answer a charge of burgling a home in Wilson Road, Lowestoft, on Thursday and taking £10.
Tony Kirk, of Albany Road, Lowestoft, is also alleged to have damaged a Toyota Yaris during the incident. On Saturday, Lowestoft magistrates remanded Kirk into custody until his appearance at crown court on July 11.
