A 41-YEAR-OLD man has been arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving after a car struck a teenage girl's hand as she crossed a road in Oulton. Police this week issued a renewed appeal for witnesses and information on the incident which happened in Oulton Road North, at about 9am on Thursday, February 17. The girl suffered pain but no lasting injury. The man arrested has been bailed until March 14.
