Man attacked and robbed in Lowestoft
A 39-YEAR-OLD MAN was injured after being attacked and robbed as he walked home yesterday (Sunday).He suffered cuts and grazing to his head and face and swelling to his lip after the assault and theft of his wallet, mobile phone and his black jacket in Bevan Street West between 4am and 5am on Sunday.
A 39-YEAR-OLD MAN was injured after being attacked and robbed as he walked home yesterday (Sunday).
He suffered cuts and grazing to his head and face and swelling to his lip after the assault and theft of his wallet, mobile phone and his black jacket in Bevan Street West between 4am and 5am on Sunday.
The 39-year-old was walking home along Trafalgar Street and Bevan Street West when he became aware of two men. He was then assaulted, knocked to the ground and the items were stolen.
Police need to speak to anyone who was in the area at the time and are particularly keen to trace the two men. If you have any information about the incident, or who stole the items, please call Lowestoft CID on 01986 835300.
