Man charged with Corton robbery
A 22-YEAR OLD man has been charged by police with robbery after a 45-year-old woman was assaulted on the A12 at Corton earlier this week.Matthew Goddard, of no fixed address, is due to appear at Lowestoft Magistrates Court this morning (Thursday) charged with the robbery of the woman near Rackhams Corner on Tuesday (June 30).
A 22-YEAR OLD man has been charged by police with robbery after a 45-year-old woman was assaulted on the A12 at Corton earlier this week.
Matthew Goddard, of no fixed address, is due to appear at Lowestoft Magistrates Court this morning (Thursday) charged with the robbery of the woman near Rackhams Corner on Tuesday (June 30).
He has also been charged with theft, receiving stolen goods and making off without payment in relation to other incidents which happened overnight on Monday and Tuesday.
A 17-year-old boy arrested in connection with the incident is due return to Lowestoft police station today (Thursday).
